Schedule 10:00-10:15 Registration and light refreshments 10:15-11:15 Introductions and sharing of what social justice work is happening in each of our congregations. 11:15-12:15 Sharing of what is working well and problem areas regarding social justice at your congregation, with discussion, so other might learn from what you are doing well and offer suggestions to address problems. 12:15-1:00 Lunch (free will donation) with networking groupings 1:00– 1:30 U.U.s for Social Justice and what it has to offer 1:30– 2:00 Chicagoland Marketing Initiative and your congregation’s social justice work - Mike Murschel 2:00– 2:30 Chicago Area U.U. Council (CAUUC) and how it can help— Margaret Shaklee.
Driving Directions– From the Tri-State Tollway, exit west-bound onto Ogden Ave. (U.S. 34). Go to the second stop light, which is York Rd. Turn left (south). Follow York, which after a curve to the west becomes Garfield, south about one mile to Maple St. Turn right (west). Hinsdale Unitarian Church is in the second block, on your right.
